By placing a wholesale order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Wholesale purchasing is available to registered businesses or resellers only. You may be required to provide a valid business number or VAT ID.
2. Minimum Order
A minimum order value of €150 applies to all wholesale purchases. Orders below this amount may not be accepted.
3. Pricing
All wholesale prices are listed in EURO and are exclusive of VAT, shipping, and any applicable customs duties. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately. We ship via courier services or post to the address provided at the time of order. Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch.
6. Taxes & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, and local VAT. These are not included in the wholesale price or shipping charges.
7. Returns & Damages
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless the items are damaged or incorrect. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, with photographic evidence.
8. Product Use & Resale
Products purchased at wholesale prices are intended for resale only. Use of our brand name, imagery, or product descriptions must be approved in advance.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases where a buyer fails to comply with these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland or EU, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Poland or EU.
