Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
As the Meru Pyramids are handmade and are not a mass-produced product, we may need 7-14 days to fulfill an order, depending on current demand.
Orders that do not include Meru Pyramids are usually processed within 1-2 working days.

Shipping:
Europe
Orders within Europe are generally shipped by courier and have a flat rate shipping fee as given during checkout. Delivery time is usually 3-7 days.
Orders over 350 euro generally receive free shipping, but delivery to certain countries in Europe, and also to more isolated locations, may have higher shipping costs. In this event we may need to ask the customer to pay additional shipping costs and to choose a preferred shipping method. We always look for the most affordable and safest way to ship your order.

Rest of the World
We usually ship to the rest of the world by Post or Courier. In the event that shipping costs are higher, we will contact the customer to inform them of any extra shipping charges before shipping the order.
